Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £100-£110 Per Day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time 

Support pupils to overcome behavioural challenges and engage positively with learning in a structured and supportive environment!

GSL Education are searching for a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to work within a school in Dinnington (S25), providing targeted support to students who require additional behavioural guidance.

As Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils, helping them develop emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour patterns while supporting their overall engagement in education.

What you will be doing as Behaviour Support Worker:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group behavioural support
  • Implement consistent behaviour management strategies
  • Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with learners
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
