Job Title: Art Teacher – Secondary School (Boston)

GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students through art and encourage creativity across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons that foster artistic expression, creativity, and confidence in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Encourage creativity and self-expression through a variety of artistic techniques
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Prepare students for coursework and assessments
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider school community and Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
- Experience teaching Art in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A passion for inspiring creativity in young people
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
