Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (Harlow) | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day?
We’re on the lookout for a positive, caring, and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Harlow, working through GSL Education. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately.
The Role
No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role so rewarding. You’ll be:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Helping children with additional needs access learning in a way that works for them
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Working closely with the class teacher to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment
- Being that consistent, friendly face that pupils can rely on
What We’re Looking For
- A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual
- Experience working with children or young people (school experience is a bonus, not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Graduates and aspiring teachers are very welcome to apply
