Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Encourage students to stay active and develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience through engaging and inclusive physical education lessons!

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic PE Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, covering the S5 and S9 areas. The Physical Education (PE) Teacher will deliver dynamic lessons across a range of sports and physical activities, promoting participation and healthy lifestyles for students of all abilities.

Responsibilities of PE Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Lead a variety of sports, fitness, and physical activities.
  • Encourage teamwork, discipline, and positive sportsmanship.
  • Maintain a safe and structured environment during lessons.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
