- Working Hours: 08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities of an Early Years TA:
- Deliver tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements for the Early Years TA:
- Experience working with children with Early Years is highly desirable.
