Salary: £150 to £220 per day (depending on experience & specialism)
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are looking for dynamic, dedicated Secondary Teacher to join supportive and forward-thinking school across Newcastle. Whether you specialise in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, or any other subject, we want to match you with a role that suits your strengths.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Secondary Teacher:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 where applicable)
- Supporting students’ academic progress, confidence, and subject understanding
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Managing behaviour confidently and fairly
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
What We’re Looking for in a Secondary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your subject area
- Great communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and dedicated approach to teaching
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
