Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are hiring an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join a supportive school in Sheffield (S11). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated teacher to engage students in physical education, promote healthy lifestyles, and make lessons both fun and inclusive.
As a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons, support students of all abilities, and work closely with colleagues to ensure every pupil reaches their full potential. The successful candidate will be confident, proactive, and passionate about encouraging participation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons to school students
- Support students’ physical development and participation in sport
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and a positive attitude towards fitness
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote positive behaviour and student engagement
- Organise and support extracurricular sports activities and events
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching PE at secondary level
- Ability to motivate and engage students across all abilities
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained)
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
