Job Title: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a skilled Computer Science Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, covering the S5 and S9 areas. The Computer Science (CS) Teacher will deliver lessons that build confidence in programming, algorithms, and understanding modern technology, preparing students for future digital challenges.
Responsibilities of Computer Science Teacher:
- Plan and deliver Computer Science lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Teach programming, computational thinking, and digital systems.
- Encourage problem-solving, logical reasoning, and independent learning.
- Maintain a focused and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Computer Science in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
