Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a creative and passionate Drama Teacher who can inspire students to express themselves and build confidence through performance?

Schools in Sheffield (S5, S9) and GSL Education are searching for an inspiring Drama Teacher to deliver engaging and practical drama lessons.

As a Drama Teacher, you will support students in developing performance skills, teamwork, and self-expression. You will create a safe and encouraging environment where pupils feel confident exploring ideas, scripts, and stage techniques.

Prime Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and practical drama lessons.
  • Encourage creativity, collaboration, and performance skills.
  • Prepare students for school productions or showcases where required.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain positive behaviour and a supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Drama in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Good communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
