Job Title: Behaviour Manager
Location: Rotherham (S25)
Payrate: £120+ per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
Are you an experienced and confident Behaviour Manager who can lead and support positive behaviour across a school setting?
Schools in Rotherham (S25) and GSL Education are looking for a passionate Behaviour Manager to oversee and improve behaviour standards and student engagement.
As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in supporting pupils who may face behavioural or emotional challenges. You will help implement consistent behaviour strategies, support staff, and create a calm and structured environment where students can succeed.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Lead on behaviour management strategies across the school.
- Support students with behavioural and emotional needs.
- Work closely with staff to ensure consistent behaviour approaches.
- Monitor and track behaviour incidents and progress.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and pupils.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a behaviour-focused or pastoral role.
- Strong behaviour management and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- A proactive, organised, and resilient approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
