Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Mablethorpe
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a school in Mablethorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide classroom support and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment for pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons
- Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs where required
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
- A patient, supportive, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
