Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £460–£650 per week
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
You will supervise lessons across multiple subjects, ensure students remain focused and engaged, and support teachers in delivering effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during teacher absences
- Maintain classroom order and encourage positive behaviour
- Support learning activities and follow lesson plans
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in schools or classrooms preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Ability to maintain engagement and positive classroom behaviour

- Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
