Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Worksop (S81)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring an experienced Geography Teacher to work with schools in Worksop (S81), delivering engaging lessons that make geography accessible, interesting, and relevant to students.
As a Geography Teacher, you will plan and deliver well-structured lessons that develop students’ understanding of physical and human geography, encourage critical thinking, and inspire curiosity about global issues and environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach topics including climate, ecosystems, population, and global development.
- Encourage discussion, analysis, and critical thinking about geographical issues.
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Geography Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
