Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Newcastle
Pay rate: £150 -£220 Per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for a passionate English Teacher to work in schools across Newcastle.
As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that help students improve their reading, writing, and analytical abilities while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Teach key areas such as literature, grammar, writing, and comprehension.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to departmental planning and wider school activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working as an English Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
