Job Title: Creative Teaching Assistant
Location: Newcastle
Pay rate: £95 -£115 Per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for an enthusiastic Creative Teaching Assistant to join schools in Newcastle. The Creative Teaching Assistant (TA) will support teachers in delivering interactive lessons, using creative approaches such as art, drama, and hands-on activities to keep students engaged.
Main Duties of Creative Teaching Assistant:
- Support classroom learning through creative and engaging activities.
- Assist teachers in preparing resources and interactive lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Encourage student participation, confidence, and self-expression.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Creative mindset with an interest in arts, drama, or hands-on learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
