Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Do you enjoy teaching Maths and helping students develop confidence in problem-solving and logical thinking?
GSL Education are looking for an experienced Mathematics Teacher to work in Doncaster, including the DN2 and DN6 areas, delivering engaging and structured lessons.
As a Maths Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that build strong numerical skills, deepen understanding of mathematical concepts, and encourage students to approach challenges with confidence in a supportive classroom environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-planned Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach a range of topics across Key Stages, including algebra, geometry, and statistics.
- Encourage problem-solving, reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery and student achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
