Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher who can inspire a love of reading and writing?
Schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) and GSL Education are seeking a committed English Teacher to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.
As an English Teacher, you will support students in developing strong reading, writing, and communication skills. You will encourage critical thinking through literature, creative writing, and class discussion, while creating a positive and focused learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver clear and engaging English lessons.
- Support students in improving literacy and analytical skills.
- Assess and monitor progress through regular feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and participation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
