Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic MFL Teacher who enjoys inspiring students to communicate in another language and explore different cultures?

Schools in Sheffield (S5, S9) and GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to deliver engaging and well-structured language lessons.

As an MFL Teacher, you will support students in developing confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a modern foreign language. You will create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where students feel comfortable practising communication skills and learning about different cultures.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and structured MFL lessons.
  • Encourage students to develop speaking and communication skills.
  • Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning needs.
  • Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching MFL subjects in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Good communication, organisation, and planning abilities.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
