Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Schools in Sheffield (S2, S3) and GSL Education are looking for dedicated Behaviour Support Staff to provide consistent behavioural and pastoral support.
As Behaviour Support Staff, you will work with pupils who may face challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in learning. You will help create a structured and positive environment where students feel supported, understood, and motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support.
- Implement agreed behaviour strategies and support plans.
- Build positive, professional relationships with pupils.
- Support students during lessons and transitions.
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
Requirements of Behaviour Support Staff:
- Previous experience in behaviour support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- A patient, consistent, and professional approach.
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one
