Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S35)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you an energetic and inspiring PE Teacher who can motivate students to stay active and confident?
Schools in Sheffield (S35) and GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to deliver engaging and well-planned physical education lessons.
As a PE Teacher, you will promote teamwork, resilience, and physical wellbeing through a variety of sports and fitness activities. You will create a positive and inclusive environment where students feel encouraged to participate and develop their practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging PE lessons.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and active participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress in practical activities.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and safety.
- Support extracurricular sports and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good organisational and communication abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
