GSL Education are seeking a resilient Maths Teacher to work full-time within a specialist behavioural unit in Scunthorpe, teaching students aged 16–19 with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. The role is initially through agency, with the potential to become permanent.
The Role:

Deliver engaging Maths lessons to post-16 learners

Support students with SEMH and complex behavioural needs

Maintain a structured, safe and consistent classroom
-
Use effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS or a relevant teaching qualification
-
Has experience with challenging behaviour and/or SEMH
-
Is confident teaching Maths at secondary or post-16 level
-
Is resilient, calm and committed
-
Is available full-time (Mon–Fri)
