Job Title: RE Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are delighted to appoint a passionate RE Teacher for a supportive school setting across Doncaster, DN2 and DN6.

In this role, a Religious Education (RE) Teacher will guide learners to explore beliefs, values, and ethics while promoting respect and curiosity about different worldviews.

Key Duties:

  • Delivering engaging RE lessons that encourage reflection and dialogue.
  • Creating an inclusive classroom that values diverse perspectives.
  • Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet varied needs.
  • Supporting pupils’ personal development alongside academic learning.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum planning.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience working as an RE Teacher in a school environment.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and equality in education.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
