GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Boston. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality mathematics lessons and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable), fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to curriculum development within the Maths department
- Uphold safeguarding and school behaviour policies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to raising standards and student achievement
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
