Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £120 – £250 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: After February Half Term (up until Easter)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long Term

Key Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stages.
  • Plan and mark work in line with curriculum expectations.
  • Support students in developing strong numeracy, reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Assess and monitor progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and student experience.

Requirements for the Maths Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools.
  • Availability 5 days a week for the duration of the placement.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the school in Maidstone.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
