Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are inviting an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), supporting pupils with personalised guidance to access learning confidently.
As 1:1 Teaching Assistants (TA), you will work closely with pupils to assist with academic tasks, behaviour support, and building their confidence within the school environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-to-one support to pupils as 1:1 Teaching Assistants.
- Support lesson delivery and classroom activities alongside teachers.
- Help pupils with additional needs stay engaged and focused.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
