Job Title: Pastoral Managers
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Can you bring a passion for supporting pupils’ wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development in school?

GSL Education are onboarding passionate Pastoral Managers to support schools across Sheffield, particularly in the S2 and S3 areas. In this vital role, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning and promote their academic and personal growth.

As Pastoral Managers, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school.

What the Position Involves:

  • Provide guidance and support to pupils as Pastoral Managers.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and families to address pupils’ needs.
  • Implement behaviour and wellbeing strategies across the school.
  • Monitor attendance, behaviour, and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a pastoral, behaviour, or safeguarding role within education.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
