Job Title: Design Technology Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are working with schools across Sheffield (S2, S3) to appoint a committed Design Technology Teacher who can deliver engaging and hands-on lessons.
In this role, the Design Technology (DT) Teacher will plan and teach lessons that develop problem-solving, technical skills, and creative thinking within a safe and well-managed workshop environment.
What the Position Involves:
- Deliver structured design technology lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Support pupils in developing practical and technical skills.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised learning space.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider learning goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as a Design Technology Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and workshop management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
