Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a talented Art Teacher to join schools across Sheffield (S2, S3), delivering engaging lessons that develop pupils’ skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media.

As an Art Teacher, you will encourage creativity, self-expression, and critical thinking, supporting pupils to build confidence and achieve their artistic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons across a variety of media.
  • Support pupils in developing technical skills, creativity, and artistic expression.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback as an Art Teacher.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver engaging art lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
