Job Title: Pastoral Manager
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are welcoming applications for an inspiring Pastoral Manager to lead on student welfare and behaviour support. The role will be based in schools across Dinnington, supporting pupils within the S25 area and neighbouring communities.

In this role, the Pastoral Manager will work closely with pupils, families, and staff to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and consistent attendance across the school.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
  • Monitor attendance, wellbeing, and safeguarding concerns.
  • Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies.
  • Promote positive behaviour and a supportive school culture.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow school safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Pastoral Manager or in a similar pastoral role.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
