Salary: Up to £220 per day

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ individual needs, supporting their academic and personal development. You will help manage behaviour, foster emotional growth, and promote a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver personalised lessons for students with SEMH needs.
• Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages trust and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
• Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of lessons and interventions.
• Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Provide guidance and support to help students develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
• Engage students in activities that foster motivation, curiosity, and achievement.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Experience supporting students with SEMH or related needs is desirable.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the dynamic needs of students.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting social, emotional, and academic development.
