Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Location: Selby
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education are looking for a proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support behaviour management in a secondary school in Selby.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with behavioural needs

Implement behaviour strategies and interventions

Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams

Supervise pupils during lessons and transitions
Requirements

Experience in a secondary school or similar setting

Strong behaviour management skills

Confident and professional manner

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
