Job Title: Cover Supervisor (CS)
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day supply

GSL Education are recruiting a reliable Cover Supervisor to support schools and ensure continuity of learning during short-term teacher absences. This opportunity is available across Doncaster, covering areas within DN2 and DN6.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will oversee pre-set lessons, manage behaviour, and keep pupils engaged. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in education.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes using work provided by teaching staff.
- Maintain a calm, safe, and well-managed learning environment.
- Encourage pupil engagement and positive behaviour.
- Respond to basic student queries and provide support where appropriate.
- Report any concerns or issues to senior staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role.
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- A professional approach to safeguarding and school procedures.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
