About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with existing plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and motivated. You will provide support across different subjects and year groups, maintaining a structured and productive learning environment during staff absences.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
  • Maintain classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress.
  • Follow lesson plans and school procedures to maintain consistency.
  • Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding student engagement and outcomes.
  • Adapt to the needs of different classes and learning abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
