Job Title: Behaviour Support Staff
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are appointing a committed Behaviour Support Staff to make a meaningful difference to learners’ engagement and development, with opportunities available across schools serving the S25 community in Dinnington.
As Behaviour Support Staff, you will promote positive behaviour, build confidence, and support students’ social and academic progress, fostering a safe and inclusive environment where learners feel motivated and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students needing behavioural guidance.
- Promote positive behaviour and social skills across classrooms and school areas.
- Support students in setting goals, managing challenges, and improving engagement.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement behaviour strategies.
- Monitor and record progress of interventions.
Requirements of Behaviour Support Staff:
- Previous experience supporting young people in behaviour management or mentoring roles.
- Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to motivate and support students with different needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
