Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistants (TA)
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate: £460 -£600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are engaging experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistants to provide personalised support for students with additional learning needs, with opportunities available across schools situated in the S25 area surrounding Dinnington.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support a designated student’s learning, build confidence, and encourage independence, while fostering a positive and inclusive environment that helps them succeed.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored one-to-one support to meet the specific needs of individual students.
- Assist with classroom activities, learning resources, and tasks as directed by teachers.
- Encourage engagement, independence, and personal development.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and relevant staff.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to support learning objectives.
Requirements of 1:1 Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience supporting children in an educational setting.
- Patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate learners.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a student’s learning needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
