Job Title: Supply Teacher (Secondary School)
Location: Boston
Salary: £130 – £180 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term Supply
GSL Education is currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Boston. With increasing demand, schools are looking for teachers who can confidently step into classrooms and ensure learning continues smoothly.
This role suits experienced teachers, ECTs, or those returning to teaching who want flexible work without planning or marking commitments.
Role Overview:
- Teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
- Deliver lessons provided by the school
- Engage students and manage behaviour effectively
- Provide feedback to departments where required
Requirements:
- QTS / QTLS or equivalent
- Experience teaching in secondary schools
- Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
