Job Title: Supply Teacher (Secondary School)
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £130 – £180 per day
Contract Type: Supply | Full-time / Part-time
GSL Education is working in partnership with a wide range of secondary schools across Lincoln who are seeking confident and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact on students’ learning.
You may be covering planned absences, short-term sickness, or longer-term placements. Subjects outside your specialism may be required, so confidence and classroom presence are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintain a focused and respectful classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
- Ensure safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed
Requirements:
- QTS / QTLS or equivalent
- Experience teaching in secondary schools
- Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
