Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Spalding
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Contract: Supply | Full-time / Part-time
GSL Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to work in supportive primary schools across Spalding.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Assist the class teacher with daily activities
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Help create an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- Caring and patient approach
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
