Salary: Up to £190 per day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering planned lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and supporting students’ learning and behaviour. This role allows you to make a positive impact, maintaining continuity in education during staff absence.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages.
  • Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress.
  • Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt to the needs of different classes and learning abilities.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student performance and lesson outcomes.
  • Follow school policies and procedures to maintain consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students across different subjects and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
