Salary: £460 – £600 per week

About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will lead PE lessons and extra-curricular sports sessions, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support to students of all abilities. You will foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where students can develop skills, fitness, and enjoyment in physical activity.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and supervise engaging PE lessons and sports activities.
- Promote participation, teamwork, and personal development in all sessions.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of different students.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in all physical activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and students.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment at all times.
- Support school events, sports competitions, and extra-curricular programmes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, PE teaching, or related roles.
- Knowledge of sports, fitness, and physical education principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students across all abilities.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student development.
