Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are recruiting for schools in Rotherham, within the S65 and S66 localities, to appoint a Science Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and inspire a strong interest in scientific thinking and enquiry.
As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver well-structured lessons, encourage experimentation and investigation, and create a classroom environment where students feel confident to explore scientific ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking.
- Support students in developing practical and theoretical understanding.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment.
- Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver as a Science Teacher.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
