Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education seeking a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher who can make language learning exciting, practical, and fun for schools in Sheffield (S11).

This role is perfect for an MFL Teacher who thrives on helping students explore new cultures, develop communication skills, and gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in another language.

Your Role as an MFL Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging MFL lessons across a range of year groups and abilities.
  • Encourage students to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in the target language.
  • Introduce cultural insights to make language learning meaningful and engaging.
  • Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that motivates students to participate.
  • Monitor student progress and collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching a foreign language is desirable
  • Energetic, creative, and student-focused approach
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for languages and cultural education
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education
