GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work in welcoming primary schools across Gainsborough. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible supply work, long-term placements, or a more consistent teaching role.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback when required.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
