Job Title: Primary Teacher

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
  • Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting (ECTs welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
