Job Title: Supply Teacher

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Daily Rate: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP 
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Day-to-Day / Long-Term

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Spalding and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work while continuing to make a positive impact on students’ learning.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an ECT, or returning to teaching, supply work offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in supportive school environments.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable).

  • Follow the lesson plans provided and maintain continuity of learning.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

  • Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups, and school settings.

  • Ensure a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.

  • Follow safeguarding and reporting procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • A flexible, professional, and reliable approach to work.

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
