Pay Scale: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum

GSL Education are seeking dedicated and adaptable Qualified Secondary Teachers to work in a range of secondary settings across York. These roles are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, thrive in new environments and are confident delivering high-quality lessons within their subject specialism.
Requirements

QTS or equivalent

Strong classroom management

Confident teaching KS3 and KS4

Ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons

Flexibility to work across different schools when required

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
Responsibilities

Deliver structured and engaging lessons in your subject

Support pupil progress through effective assessment

Adapt resources and teaching styles to meet diverse needs

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Uphold school behaviour and safeguarding policies
