Daily Rate: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you a driven and empathetic Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young learners in a school environment?

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join a welcoming school in Grantham. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about child development, mental health, and educational support, and who are looking to build valuable experience for future careers in education, psychology, or therapeutic settings.

Role Responsibilities of Psychology Graduate:

  • Provide one-to-one or small-group support for pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs.
  • Apply your understanding of psychology to help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits.
  • Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and pastoral teams to deliver targeted interventions.
  • Promote an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students.

Requirements for Psychology Graduate:

  • A degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
  • Strong communication, patience, and emotional resilience.
  • Previous experience in schools, care, or youth settings is advantageous but not essential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
