GSL Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Worthing. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development while delivering high-quality teaching in a nurturing environment.
Role Overview:
In this role of Primary Teacher, you will work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to enhance pupil development.
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of pupils across the classroom.
- Foster curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to enhance pupil development.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
- A creative, adaptable, and engaging approach to teaching.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
