 Salary: £88.92 - £95 per day
 Contract Type: Full-Time

About the Role
 As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work directly with pupils who require additional behavioural support, helping them engage positively in lessons and school life. You will play a key role in implementing strategies to manage behaviour, develop social skills, and foster independence, working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
Responsibilities
- 
Provide direct behavioural support to pupils, implementing individual strategies and interventions
 - 
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and ensure all pupils can access learning effectively
 - 
Support emotional regulation and encourage positive social interactions
 - 
Work with pupils to develop independence and confidence in classroom and school routines
 - 
Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to monitor progress and maintain consistency
 - 
Assist with personal care where required
 
Qualifications
- 
Experience supporting pupils with behavioural or additional needs
 - 
Understanding of behaviour management techniques and individual support plans
 - 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - 
Patient, calm, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
 - 
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
