Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location: Crawley
Salary: £89 - £95 per day
Contract Type: Part-Time
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with an individual pupil to deliver tailored support that meets their specific learning and care needs. Your guidance will help the pupil engage with lessons, build confidence, and develop essential skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day.

Implement individual learning and care plans, tailored to the pupil’s needs.

Assist with behaviour management, communication, and social development.

Support personal care, hygiene, and daily routines while maintaining dignity and respect.

Record and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN coordinators.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to learning.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a 1:1 or SEN support role is preferred.

Understanding of SEN strategies, differentiation, and behaviour management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.
